Accessing HMRC Let Property Claim disclosure form

Accessing HMRC Let Property Claim disclosure form

Has anybody been able to access the HMRC Let Property Disclosure form?  https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/fil...

My adobe is not responding (and is up to date), I have tried on two computers (PC and MAC) and still no luck.

Any suggestions?  I had already sent in the disclosure (written) explaining I was unable to access the form, HMRC have ignored this and require the online disclosure form to be completed.

If someone could try and let me know if they can access it?  I can then see if the issue is mine or wider.  NB the link above is direct to HMRC bit if you prefer to type in it is www.gov.uk/let-property-campaign (it is the disclosure form I need to access).

Thanks in advance

same problem

Hi

I had the same problem

if you pm your email I might be able to send you a clients copy, assuming I can delete their details.

I had the same issue with my new computers/new adobe versions.

Luckily my client was running an older version and managed to get into it - he then partially completed it before emailing it to me.

This pdf was filed in January so it is a recent version

I won't be back at my computer until later tonight though

cheers

@ Mick Milne

Mick - I will PM you, many thanks, I did tell HMRC I was having problems, they mentioned Adobe versions hence I checked all mine were up to date.

You would think they would have the most up to date - wouldn't you....

Obviously if you can't delete client info, don't worry I appreciate you trying - I will PM you now, keep me posted.

If anyone knows a workaround on this, please share!

PDF Download

If you right-click the URL link, and then select 'Save Target As' from the dialogue then I think you will find it then works. I had a similar problem with the EC Sales List form from the .gov website.

This worked - thank you! (right click and save target as)

I shall remember this for the future, many thanks

I have both Chrome and IE, neither worked but the right click and save target as did.  Many thanks for the suggestion - I would not have thought to do it!

I find you can't access it via Chrome so worked well using IE.

Download it

Download & save it first to a local drive, then open it with your normal reader. It tends to work fine then.
