AIA or Not?

HMRC's guidance suggest that a minibus is classed as a car, not a van.

Any views?

Where?

Where does it say that?

A people carrier is a car, but a minibus designed to carry more than 8 people will, I think, require a PCV licence in most circumstances (or otherwise there are restrictions on who can drive it) and so is of a type unsuitable for private use.

Minibus

Almost certainly ok, I always put minibuses into pool but must admit to never having the Revenue query this so it's not been put to the test.
