I nearly always get these emails through within sesconds of submitting the SA100 but I have sent 2 yesterday afternoon and one this morning with no reply from HMRC at all. All 3 are showing as lodged on my software but that's it. Is anyone else experiencing a delay?

We submitted 2 SA returns and 3 RTI submissions yesterday evening.
Up to now have received no acknowledgments in software at all, and no email ackowledgments for the SA returns.
However, we have received 5 email ackowledgments for the RTI submissions - 2 of them twice.
BTC SA100
same issue - submitted a SA100 through BTC yesterday and it's still trying to confirm acceptance with HMRC - I am up to "attempt number 6,373" !!

Our users have been noticing issues since sometime yesterday. This appears to be an issue with the HMRC servers.
The following message has recently been posted on the HMRC site:
10/11/2014 - Submission Response Messages
We are aware that after making online submissions some customers are experiencing delays in receiving response messages. This issue is currently under investigation.
