Dear Gurus,
I am paying my employee monthly payment £1500, the contract shows 40 hours a week, £18,000 per annum, I wonder how can I issue payslips, shall I write (Hourly Pay) and I mention hours per that month with hourly rate (8.65) , or I write basic pay without hours nd hourly pay. Please advise me
Thanks

Well, short of changing amount each month to number of working hours on an actual basis, which would be a pain, 40 x52=2080 hours per year so process 173.33 hours per month at £8.653846 per hour and that will give you your £1,500 per month.
You should know the hours you work.
You know the pay you get.
The hourly rate is one divided by the other - no need to stop at two decimal places.
I find your question about 0,41 hours disturbing. Are we making the facts fit your visa needs here ?
There is no obligation, as far as I am aware, for employers to show hourly pay on payslips.
We certainly don't (on the whole), staff get a salary - so 1 x £2000, or whatever.
If need be, I would write a letter to whomever explaining the job was full time.
I can understand why the Home Office wish to see the FPS submissions by the employer, as these state hours worked in terms of one of five bands. Only problem is that some payroll software although submitting the hours data to HMRC via RTI does not show the data on any printed record of the FPS submissions!
I believe that the earnings bands are currently as follows:
Band A: less than 16 hours per week
Bank B: 16-23.99 hours per week
Band C: 24-29.99 hours per week
Band D: 30 plus hours per week
Band E: Other
