Is anybody having the same problem as me? I phone Brightpay support. I get the superfluous message and then the phone goes dead! This happens each time I try to phone. I suppose I will have to send them an email.

Peter. About 2 weeks ago we had a problem with our phone system which lasted for the best part of a day. We posted details on our website so that customers knew to email instead. We have not had a problem since then. When did you last try to phone?

I called this morning and got straight through as is generally the case.
