Can someone tell me how to cancel the PAYE scheme part way through the year and what forms need to be completed? I assume the P35 needs to be done but does it have to wait until the end of the tax year?

... to the Employer Office at Longbenton to tell them why the scheme is no longer required. There is no particular form to complete. As it says in PAYE21030, entering a cessation date into the PAYE system will trigger the issue of a notice to file a P35 & P14s for the part-year.

On line. I did it for a company that ceased trading at the end of July.
