Cloud Payroll Bureau Software & Workflow solutions

Cloud Payroll Bureau Software & Workflow solutions

Didn't find your answer?

Hi everyone

I run a payroll burea and I would really like to switch to a cloud version.  Would really like to hear your recommendations.  Has anyone used Payroo for their solution.

I'm also looking for a good robust workflow soloution for my book-keeping busienss.  One that handles tasks well.  Any suggestions ?  Jetpack and Senta have been mentioned.

Would really appreciate your input here where you are actively working with software.

Many thanks and very much appreciated, Maria

Hi Maria, have you considered using a cloud based Windows desktop that centralises all your applications, including Office, Payroll, PM etc? This can then provide a wider scope for the software that is available.

Hi Elliot

I'm not aware of this. I do have the cloud version of Outlook but don't use it :)

Could you please send me a link to have a look at this.

Much appreciated and thanks for your kind response.

Just to be up front, it is something that my company offers as a product. I can organise a demo so you can try it out. Would you like that?

Ok great. I will send you a PM with some information in and then perhaps we can have a quick chat so that I can take you through it.

Cloud payroll solutions tend to be clunky in operation. In my opinion Payroo is fine for a tiny company that must have free cloud payroll, but not great for multiple schemes or a lot of employees. As Elliott suggested you would have a much richer and smoother experience with one of the excellent desktop payroll solutions on a terminal server that you can access from anywhere in the world. Moneysoft, Brightpay, or 12Pay offer a much richer user experience than the cloud based payrolls.

HI Tom, thanks for this. I currently use 12Pay and really like it so don't want to move.

Funnily enough, I was just thinking last night that it would be great if we could have a server in the cloud. I'm assuming this is what you and Elliot are referring to :)

Thanks so much for responding.

Yes Tom and I are talking about the same thing, having your own cloud server!

I use BrightPay which is desktop based software, however whilst the software is installed locally, I can store and access my data in a cloud environment. My data is stored in Dropbox and it works very well. BrightPay is excellent and well worth considering.

Hi Maria

Payflow is a Payroll bureau management solution, commonly called workflow, however it has much more functionality than other workflow software in the market at present.

It is cloud-based and works alongside ANY payroll software you wish to implement.

We are currently in 4 of the top 10 accounting firms in the UK, and many other bureaux, and growing. I would be more than happy to have a discussion about what you require and where you are looking to optimise, to determine if Payflow is correct for your bureau.

Using the same technology, we also have a product for the bookkeeping world, that schedules accounting tasks for crucial dates, called AccountFlow.

Kind regards
Tom
