In the context of the swearing policy within the community rules I assume we're good to use any word that has been utilised by a judge in a court of law?

The word crappy is likely to get you a warning. Sift really don't like that word, no matter how crappy you think their site is.

I think crappy's okay as long as it isn't a term that is being associated with the ever so lovely new AWeb site.
