corporate tax residency certificate?

corporate tax residency certificate?

Didn't find your answer?

I have a client who has worked in India via his personal service company.  Before they will pay out they want the company to provide a tax residency certificate.  I have applied for these for individuals before but does HMRC provide them for companies as well?

They are also asking for a form 10F.  Anyone familiar with these forms?

They do

Just write to the relevant CT office & ask for certificate of residency. If the 10F asks for any particular information, its probably best to ask HMRC to include in the certificate too...

. In this connection, as an additional requirement, the government of India has notified Form 10F wherein the person has to self-declare such equivalent details in this form, if the same is or are not part of TRC issued by the government of the other country or specified territory.
