CORPORATION TAX REDUCTION FOR A U.K. PATENTED ITEM

WHAT IS THE CORPORATION TAX RULING FOR A U.K. PATENT

Didn't find your answer?

There is corporation tax relief for the use of a U.K. patented product.

Should the patented product be only a percentage of the whole product, does the whole product qualify for a reduction in corporation tax,or just the value of the item that is incorporated into the whole?

Are you a taxpayer or a tax adviser? (And before the wags chip in, yes one can be both.)

I think Ruddles means wags, rather than WAGs, as I suspect you have interpreted.

WAGs aren't well known for taking a deep interest in tax matters.

You realise, I hope, that your question is light on detail, whereas the legislation providing what you describe as "corporation tax relief for the use of a U.K. patented product" is heavy on requisites. If you want serious answers, you either need to ask a serious question to start with, or respond when questions get asked back at you. Ideally, both.

How, for example, is the use of the product(s) generating income?

With a subject this weighty though, you should probably just go away and get paid-for advice - and let someone else generate some income too.
