Didn't find your answer?

When you post a question on AWeb, the default is not to notify you of any answers to your question. Do many people post a question and not want to be notified of responses?  I would have thought the default would be to notify.

Agreed

Also, when you post a comment, the default is to notify you every single time that someone makes a further comment.  This just clutters up my inbox.  I would prefer not to be notified of subsequent comments after I have made my comment, as I am not generally interested in ongoing discussions.  If, later, I see the question ranked highly in the Latest Answers list, I can go back in, read all the subsequent comments at one go and make a further comment if I want.

Junk

I get every single notification from AWeb in my junk email folder on Gmail.  I actually quite like it, because I can browse through them when I get a spare minute, and I don't have to bother deleting them!  A novel new use for my junk mail filter.
