I am looking for a new diary management system to keep track of client's deadlines etc - does anybody have any suggestions?

...microsoft outlook or spreadsheet?
Outlook works pretty good for me too. I have multi diaries for different tasks - normal business diary - staff holiday sheets - personal dairy - etc. I can view my team's diaries - I can set up reminders and it's all colour coded. I also have a task manager tool as well - also with reminders.
Oh - and the basic business diary synchos with my Blackberry.
Might be something out there more sexy but I find outlook to be spot on for what I need. you will need a reasonably updated version - the older ones were pretty useless.
I have found Toodledo premium version ideal for recurring deadlines.
