We have a problem of keeping track of emails and post we send out and tracking whether we receive a response.
I'm old enough to remember the analogue pre email days, when the office used to have a tray with 31 folders in it and when a letter was written a copy was made and put in the folder for the day it was written. When a reply was received the copy was removed and shredded. When you came to the same date the following month, if the copy was still there you knew a month had gone by and no reply received, so you could chase it up.
IS THERE A DIGITAL VERSION OF THIS? WHAT DO YOU DO?
Something like a desktop app where you can drag all emails and letters sent out and put them in a folder for 30 days on or whatever?
Thanks

You can use the Power of Outlook to do all this. Take a look at this chaps website https://www.michaellinenberger.com/ which has a great book which I bought.
We use Virtual Cabinet. It does what you ask and a lot more. It is a full document management system. It is not cheap, but it is very good.
