Extending Time to Pay

See section for 'Reviewing or Extending the arrangements' at http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/pbr2008/bus-payment-addinfo.htm. It depends on continuing viability but I expect there's a limit to the number of extensions they'll agree.

Enforcement

I agree with the previous comment. However they are less keen on granting TTP arrangements for corporation tax as that means that you made a profit.

Enforcement can be very varied in their approach and we have found no consistency.  If the debt is more than £30k then a CVA might be worth considering.  This is dealt with by the VAS that is separate from enforcement who do not have the authority to accept partial payments.
