HMRC's website doesn't have the NI thresholds and rates up yet. Have they even been released?
I'm in the process of preparing my 2013 budget and need to know how much salary I'll be paying myself!!
Thanks in advance

And the SMP rates?
May I hijack this thread to ask if the 2013/14 rates of statutory payments have been announced? With only 4 months of 2012/13 to go and up to 9 months of SMP being payable, I have been asked by payroll clients what their new mum employees have be paid from April 2013 onwards, but I cannot find the info.
Completely normal...

I can't say if those rates have been published yet this year, but it is completely normal to be unable to find this info out for sure until closer to the time. Last year if memory serves those figures appeared in January.
