I have a retired client who has a massive bungalow and wants to convert it into 2 separate units and sell the other one (to his mother in law).

Both properties would have sparate Land Registry titles and gas / electric supplies etc.

Obviously this will involve a fair bit of expenditure in making his home into 2 autonomous dwellings.

Does PRR cover this?

Anyone had any experience of this proposal?
