A client is finding it impossible to download csv files of Lloyds statements to an ipad. This seems to have been a problem for several months, despite Lloyds being aware and promising fixes.
I am interested to know if others have experienced this, or if it is just our client.

The csv download does not seem to work on certain versions of Safari. I cannot download from my mac and I have told Lloyds what I think. They have not fixed it yet so I have to login to my account from my PC.
