e-record.co.uk

Anyone seen this scam?

Didn't find your answer?

Currently whenever we set up a company with Companies House, the registered office is quickly receiving an official looking letter telling the company to register at www.e-record.co.uk and pay the £190 publication fee.

Anyone else seen this? Luckily our clients have asked us if its payable and we inform them definitely not! But just wary that some new companies out there may slip the net.

The client who we incorporated a month ago has received similar letter from them a week after incorporation. These scammers work really fast.
Luckily he contacted us straight away and binned the letter.
