No problem
Open up the Expenses and benefits section on Moneysoft, make a list of the information you need, get it from the client, enter it in and the software will work it all out for you.
From memory, you need car make and model, date of registration, date made available, reg number, list price, contributions from taxpayer (if any), CO2 emissions, whether he has free fuel.
There may be stuff I've missed.
Technically, you're late notifying but it's unlikely the client will be fined if you submit the P11D by 6 July.
VAT
I see that you state you do PAYE; whoever does the VAT should have been aware at the correct VAT treatment, including scales cahrges used. Might be an idea to flag this to your client.
