Tried to ring employers helpline. After the usual rubbish advised through automatic system that they are not able to answer calls too busy.

High volume of calls
Given the threads about wrong coding notices springing up in the last few days, I suspect a lot of people are trying to speak to them about these.
Waiting
I've decided not to bother till after Easter at the earliest. I just can't spare the time to listen to people telling me how important my call is and they're putting me through to the next available officer.
