How can I restore preview function on Sage reports?

Hello,

I have a problem with previewing reports on Sage line 50 2009.  This has always worked in the past but now when I try to produce a report it will only give me the option to print, not to preview on screen.  The dropdown which used to show 'preview' no longer appears.  Has anyone had this problem, and can anyone advise me how to fix it?

Thanks in advance,

Christiane Glennie

What has changed?

Have you updated software, operating system, etc?

Unfortunately I don't believe Sage support this version any more so you can't ask them

I think I know the answer!

Version 2009 was about the worst version Sage had ever produced as far as bugs were concerned.

For reports where the dropdown box no longer appears type in P for preview or the first letter of the option you had before and you should get that option. It sounds unbelievable, I know, but I have to use this option on my computer.

I'm pretty sure that was v2007 (v13), v2009 was, effectively, v15 albeit those with much longer memories will remember the fiasco that was v3.20, v3.20a, 3.20b & 3.20c :)

Font Sizes

As bizarre as this may sound, has the standard font size in Windows been changed at all to increase the size of the fonts as I have known that to cause this issue...
