I am using Microsoft Word 2010 and I want to email a folder.
Is it possible to email a whole folder containing multiple documents without going into the individual documents?
There are about 200 individual doucuments in this folder and subfolders, hence the reason why I do not want to have to double click on each document.
By the way the heading should read "how to email a folder"

zip it up
and then email the zip file.
EDIT: or put the folder in shared folder in Dropbox or something similar, and then email the link.
