Indexation and ATED-related gains

Just one of those moments of self-doubt. Although a little complicated, the legislation is pretty formulaic so it appears to be a case of just slotting in the numbers. I just want reassurance - please - that when a company sells property that is within the charge to ATED-related CGT it effectively gets no (or at best only partial) indexation in relation to the ATED part of the gain?
