Interest on corporation tax

Being that CIS tax is an amount of money taken off income to be set against the tax liability of the entity, is it possible for a Ltd co. to appeal against any interest on unpaid corporation tax when there is CIS tax outstanding?

.

Interesting Question.  I have no idea, but I am sure that HMRC systems will not be set up in a friendly manner.
