I have been approached by a small unincorporated association which has some rental income from subletting part of its office. This means it cannot make its return using HMRC free software (and can't afford professional help). Does anyone know of cheap commercial software that would deal with this ?

I have a similar problem with a small property company that up to now has prepared paper returns.

The HMRC website does not allow property companies to use the site, so the Company must find third party software.

Can anyone suggest a cheap way of doing this, as the assets and profits are quite small? The problem is made complicated by the fact that the tax return and abbreviated accounts have to be prepared and submitted, which involves paying twice and integrated software is expensive.
