I prepared the final years accounts for a Limited company client, who has recently contacted me to advise that they were getting late RTI submission notices for the 2013/14 PAYE year. They had maintained `paper` records for the sole Director, who has received weekly payments to the end of April 2013, when the trade ceased, but has made no RTI submissions.
Now that the 19th April 2014 has passed it appears that we are unable to file the April 2013 submission, so can someone advise how we remedy this situation ?
