What is the correct language to note the partners as the controlling parties on a set of accounts for an LLP?

As far as I know....
There is no special wording. I have an LLP client, and the previous firm (of ACA's) have fairly standard wording.
I could suggest: A,B and C jointly represent the ultimate controlling party by virtue of their status as members of the LLP.
How's that?
