Micro-entity disclosures

What to disclose when there's nothing to disclose

Didn't find your answer?

In micro-entity accounts, what's the view on what should be disclosed when there is nothing to disclose under either of the 2 mandatory disclosures? Should we show both headings with wordage to say there's nothing to disclose, or just omit entirely?

I hope you don't disclose anything like this company (check their most recent accounts dated 6th June)

A true and fair view; what else can we ask for?
