Since last week we have experienced delays in the updating of 64-8 online. In the past, it used to be that we input the authorization code today and the next morning, the client would appear on our list. However since the last week that it has taken up to 4 days for the client to appear in our list. Has anybody experienced this? It has not been possible to speak to online helpdesk, as they are not picking up the calls. HMRC system updates were done almost 2-3 weeks ago, so not sure what would be the reason behind this delay at the moment.
