A new non-business client has approached us to register them for self assessment. For a business client this is straightfoward and I can do it through our agent portal. However, I can't seem to find an equivalent online registration process for a non business client? When following the links on the HMRC website it always brings me back to a dynamic PDF form which I need to fill in and then send in the post to register for self assessment.
Am I missing something here? Do I seriously need to do it by post? If so any pointers in the right direction would be apprecited!
