Property letting software
I do bookkeeping for a letting agents that use software called 'LetMC'.
It enables them to print off receipts for the tenants, and statements for the landlord which detail their management charge and any charges against the property, ie a gas engineer call out.

Sorry to jump on thread
But I have a client with a property porfolio who is also looking for software - criteria :-
- not too expensive
- can run reports at different dates, so no hard close
- can run P&L's, etc by property
