Hello Robin,
I will suggest you create a portable company file. The portable company file is the smaller and more condensed version of the actual company file and it also used to repair DB file fragments.
Create company file
From the file menu. Chose Portable company file, hit Next button. A saving window will appear on the screen. Save the file. The portable company file has .QBM extension. A close and reopen message will appear on the screen. Click Ok and wait for few seconds.
Restore the portable company file
From the File menu, choose Open and Restore Company. Now select the ‘Restore a portable file’ and hit Next button. Select the QBM file and Open it. Press Next and save in an original file that displayed on your product information window. Select the QBW file and hit Save button. It’s going to tell you that the file already exists, do you want to replace it? Hit Yes and confirm the check. When the portable company file successfully restored, enter login details and press OK.
One more solution
If the above solution doesn’t work then, download a third-party QuickBooks file repair software. Check this page: https://www.stellarinfo.com/file-repair/quickbooks-recovery/quickbooks-r...
