I have several clients with Santander bank feeds, and several have been unable to reconnect them following the upgrade in Santander's banking software. According to Xero's status they should now be working having been down for a few weeks whilst the new software was being put in place.
Anyone got an tips on how to get the thing to work?
Its not the clients being daft as I cant get my own ones to work either!

I just began using Xero the other week. Last time I looked it wasn't playing ball. I'm going to look again next week. Sorry, not much help!
Still some issues
We're aware that some Santander customers are still having issues with feeds. There's some guidance in a thread on the subject in the Xero Community at https://community.xero.com/business/discussion/69141/ and as soon as the remaining issues are fully resolved we'll inform affected customers directly by email.
