First post on here and hoping someone can help! I have just received my agent codes from HMRC for SA and corp tax but when I try to follow their instructions to "add the Self Assessment for Agents service by logging in and adding the service to your portfolio from the ‘Services you can add’ section of ‘Your HMRC services’", I can't see it anywhere.... Does anyone know if there is a time delay between the letter and the service appearing on an online services account, or why else I can't see the SA or corp tax services for agents? I was really hoping to register as agent for a client before the bank holiday week-end and I won't get a chance to call HMRC tomorrow.

Don't be surprised if it takes few weeks, if u call they will tell u to be patient. It is a free service but to avoid such hassle we moved for a commercial software...
Same problem. But in my case, I am a ltd company and just received the agent codes. I really confused of the procedures. Some simple things they made a thriller.
