Self employed Pilot

Could anyone please point me in the correct direction, or please advise what expenses a self employed pilot is allowed to deduct from their total income.
Would be most grateful for any help. Need the information as i have received a new client starting up as a self employed commercial pilot/flying instructor/pilot examiner .

many thanks

Try here

HMRC's manuals are a useful resource.

http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/manuals/eimanual/EIM50050.htm

or type "airline pilots" into the search field.

And your point is!
Even more important to consider if you should be doing this work if you do not know the answer to a pretty basic question.
