I seem to spend a lot of time calculating tax forecasts for my clients. I find it quite useful to perform the calculations manually, but it does take a long time if they have lots of different income streams, dividends etc.
Can anyone recommend any software that would help with this task?
I currently use HMRC's own website for self-assessment tax returns, so I do not have any tax software myself which might have such a facility.
Many thanks.

Spreadsheet
If you have moderate excel skills its simple to knock up an ad hoc calculator.
why not use HMRC site for this as well
it seems madness not to as you use it for submission anyway , failing that do as stratty says or go to tax calculators on HMRC site , there was one there oor failing that try here http://www.uktaxcalculators.co.uk/ (not entirely sure PAs are correct and class IV?)
because he already has software he can use
it appears he wants a quick calculator and probably a free one as per my answer. this is your second recent plug for FTax so we know you like it , I wasn't mad on it when I sued it tho - I will have another look out of curiosity

Forecasting Corporation Tax
I use figurewizard for this for my SME clients. It forecasts profits, cash flow, vat and tax. The tax forecast is detailed showing rates and values for capital allowances, rates of tax and marginal relief when applicable breaking these down into tax periods where the financial year does not end on the 31st March. It doesn't cost the earth either.
