Taxation: Maturity of policy

Taxation: Maturity of policy

Didn't find your answer?

I am in the process of completing a clients tax return and have come accross a certificate for life assurance policy which has matured. The policy document states 'The company certifies that income tax deducted has been or will be accounted for to the Inland Revenue. Please retain this counterfoil as a Tax Certificate.'

Not quite sure where if at all this goes on the SA Tax Return?

Can anyone please help?

Thanks

Q or NQ?

Is the policy a qualifying policy or a non-qualifying one?
