This is a long shot, but..

Didn't find your answer?

Hello

Is there anyone at all who knows about auditing a company in the British Virgin Islands, as I have the opportunity to do so?

I have been in touch with the ACCA who have no problem with the idea in principle, but anyone know the ropes? The principles of audit are, after all, universal.

Thanks

I dont think there are any statutory audit requirements

Try googling "British Virgin Islands Business Companies Act 2004".

I dont think there are any statutory auditing requirements in which case just applying International Standards might be appropriate if an audit were required for other purposes.
