Time Recording

Is there any programme that could flash up on my screen "What have you been working on for the last 15 minutes?", and then record my answer?

Ideally, it would tell what I last answered to this question, and allow me to vary the time interval.

Fixed fees

Used fixed fees, much easier and less time consuming

both have benefits

We use fixed fees, but also keep a rough tally of time taken as a costing exercise. This time check is for internal purposes only, and not used for invoicing purposes.

Chrometa

Found this via an Aweb article from the US site which was put on the UK site. Looks like exactly what I need. Tells me what I have been working on every second of the day.

Tried Rescue Time, but it didn't seem to record what I was doing.
