Didn't find your answer?

Hello - I have used the search facility, VT is good for iXBRL etc, but do you use it for management accounts?

Thanks

Yes

For several clients I do the bookkeeping in VT Transaction and produce management accounts in VT Final accounts.

Very easy to amend VT Final accounts templates to fit with what you need for management accounts.

Yes

Also yes. Very simple and customisable, and we use T+ for bookkeeping now as standard (and indeed for bringing in other TBs)

Another yes

I go through 'set-up' then 'current period' and set the period up accordingly. Once I'm happy with the figures pdf the notes pages and management accounts produced although no fancy front sheet or contents page but I've had no complaints.

I generally do quarterly accounts and the clients consider it a big added value and it's already there for the year end statutory accounts with no nasty surprises at the end of the year.

VT software

Have been using it for years and swear by it - have persuaded several of clients to transfer on to it and they are now as enthusiastic as we are about it - also helps us prepare accounts at year end!
