5 minutes waiting to speak to someone.
Sorted out client 1 's NI issue then asked to sort out client 2.
"Nope, our system only lets you do one at a time."
Two minutes waiting on her to get her manager, so gave up.
So far 7.5 minutes waiting to get through again!

waste of time calling
they only employ gofers to answer the telephone.
Gofer this/gofer that/ pass it on to the internal office to take more time over it.
I rely on letters or faxes.
