ACCA Script Reviews

ACCA Script Reviews

Didn't find your answer?

One of my colleagues has recently received back their script review from the ACCA following on from their exam results in June.

They have received a letter stating simply that their review has been completed and whether they passed or failed each individual question., ie.,

Question 1 Pass
Question 2 Fail
Question 3 Fail
Question 4 Pass

No marks for questions have been shown and no narrative feedback given, other than a copy of the questions, model answers and examiners feedback report that is freely available to all students on the ACCA website.

Is this the norm?

Do I interprete correctly this way?

Let's say, there are 6 questions, all compulsory.

Your results is as follows ;

Q 1 - PASS (7 out of 10 marks)
Q 2 - PASS (10/20)
Q 3 - fail (1/15)
Q 4 - PASS (5/10)
Q 5 - fail (5/25)
Q 6 - PASS (15/20)

CONCLUSION :

Version 1 - PASS (because candidate obtained 4 PASS, 2 fail (6 questions)

Version 2 - PASS, but marginal (candidate obtained 43 marks/100)

RESULTS :

Candidate PASS this examination paper.
