I have previously belonged to both Sage and QuickBooks 'accountants clubs' and am thinking about rejoining one of them.
The decision wil be a commercial one - in the sense that I have no client pressure to go either way. I have read some previous threads on this with interest.
One previous poster said his firm 'had to' join the Sage Accountants Club because of client needs plus the fact that they have so much of the market. Does is therefore make good sense to join I wonder?
Feels a bit passive to join for those reasons. I'm intetested in what my clients and I would get out of it and whether a memberships adds value to my practice.
I undertake quite a lot of bookkeeping work in addition to accounts prep for STs (only). Sorry if this is a bit wooly - its very hot in this office!
