Add back for Corp Tax

Add back for Corp Tax

Didn't find your answer?

have ltd co clients who do Pr for restaurants, and accordingly have to eat out in restaurants a lot (its a hard life someones got to do it), can we include these in cost of sales and NOT add back in the CT comp or must they always be added back?

and if they are recharged?

This is an interesting one Nicholas, I would be tempted to take some advice from a CTA (Chartered Tax Advisor) on this.

I would imagine that if it is part of research for business purposes then that is a business expense, but alas with anything like this we have duality of purpose I guess, I wish I had their job though!

Speak to a CTA they will set you straight, or if you know any friendly Inspectors with whom you have a professional relationship see what they think before you do anything.

Not much help I know, but I would ask a CTA if it was me.
