additional colours for excel chart

additional colours for excel chart

Didn't find your answer?

I remember someone posting a question here a few weeks/months ago about how to obtain more colours for an excel chart than the standard ones supplied. Need to refer back to the reply but can't find it using search, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Tools>Options>Colour>Modify
With the particular Excel file open, look to the tool bar and select Tools
then Options on the drop down menu,
then click on the colour tab.
Click on any of the standard 40 colours that you wish to change, and click on modify and you will be able to modify that particular colour (one at a time).
Repeat this for any other colours that you wish to modify.
The modification to colours will be specific to the particular Excel worksheet that you have open - not to all Excel files on your computer.
