The Agency Workers Regulations 2010
What are the impications of this for a company that uses a worker provided by an umbrella company?
The company is a commercial trading company (i.e trades in its own right), the agency worker works on the company's premises under direct supervision.
I tried reading it but my brain started hurting, I just wondered if anyone here could understand it:
