Allowable expenses for a project accountant

I set up my own company providing accounting services to the public sector last year. So far I have worked for 2 different client since the company was formed. I am wondering if I can charge my rent and utility bills as well as transport, lunch through the company.
This is the first time I am looking at this and would appreciate some feedback.
