Am I The Only One Who Has Been Invoiced Twice For Books by LexisNexis ?

A year ago LexisNexis raised two invoices for my one Orange & Yellow set. It has taken 9 phone calls, 6 faxes, and 12 pieces of correspondence to date. Jonathan, who I spoke to yesterday, said that he would sort it out, but so did Nicola on 23 February, Sophie on 12 October, and James on 26 July.

Do you check your invoices?

I do need their stuff, but I have had to cancel my standing orders while this is happening to prevent it turning into a nightmare of cumulative billing.
