As a small practitioner, there are many Circulars, Pronoucements, Practice Notes etc that we received. For easy access it is best to digitize and kept online for easy access, reference and training. It will be good if there is a software to handle this 'depository'. Any suggestion? Thanks. BK

Knowledge management
A file depository would be a document management system - as well as "going paperless" with your clients affairs a section can be set aside for "technical publications" - and you could then filter if you wished by audit, accounts, tax etc. Optical character recognition of the documents stored permits fast searching.
why make life difficult
might be easier to subscribe to an (some) online searchable solutions. I think many publishers/bodies now do this kind of stuff.
for adhoc irregular stuff then you could try scanning to pdf and store them in a suitable structured set of folders on your network = or perhaps set up a wiki on your intranet. Although for all of this stuff beware of copyright issues
