Associated company is an investment co paying 28%. Does trading co only get starting rate on first £150k
My client has two companies one is an investment co paying 28%. The profits for the year of the trading co are £187k. Do they only get £150k at starting rate or are they allowed the full £300k on the basis that the investment co already pay full rate. Any help would be appreciated
